Hi. I got my SAFE Boat Defender 25’ 2007 in May of 2020. I’m new to (power) boating with some sailing on Lake Washington in the 1990’s. Since getting the boat, I’ve made a few modifications such as painting the collars blue, replacing the non-slip tape with Seadeck, adding Garmin 8616xvs Chartplotter (and other electronics such as a Fusion audio device and speaker, had the bottom painted for anti-fouling as the boat is in the water year round. More modifications coming over the winter of 2021-2022.
My current learning is around single handing the boat so I can get more use out of it.
