The front hatch, is there a seal/gasket on the door as well as the frame? It looks like it’s designed for one?
I redid the caulking and put a new one in the frame.

Don’t think there is an exterior seal. Just the thin foam D-gasket on inside. Would be nice to have one on outside though! Even with interior gasket salt water sits in the bottom threshold of the door.
Interesting, it looks like it’s designed for one with a channel with little ridges on the outside edge….
