I have owned my Defender since late 2017 but am just joining the forum now. Thanks for starting this forum! Was it Blue Defender? My Defender was based out of Sheboygan, Wisconsin so enjoyed a fresh-water life…until I got hold of it. Now it navigates the west coast of Vancouver Island. We have a water-access-only cabin that’s 23 nautical miles from the nearest town (Tofino, BC) so our Defender serves as a commuter to and from, plus fishing and exploring all the inlets of Clayoquot Sound.
Awesome. Welcome to the group. I’ve taken my RBS as far out that was a Port Renfew to hike the WCT, but never as far up as Tofino. I’d be a bit nervous on the big ocean waters
